2014 Beauty Product Wish List

As I continue to watch and catch up on my favorite YouTubers, bloggers, and celebs, I've been keeping my eye out on beauty products that they use, and hoping to get my hands on them! Although these products may not have the same affect on me, I'd be buying the products that my favorite people use, and that's one step closer to being them…right?

Kidding, of course….

Well, anyway! Without further a due, in no particular order, here is this year's beauty product wish list!

*Note to reader: None of these photos of mine. Took them from Google. If you see your photo, and would like me to take it down/give credit, I'd be more than happy to!

#1 - Bioderma Sensibio H20
#2 - Frank Body (Original Scrub)
#3 - Origins Drink Up Intensive Overnight Mask
(wow, ain't that a mouthful!)
#4 - ZOEVA Makeup Brushes

  1. Bioderma - I have seen Zoe Sugg (otherwise known as Zoella to the YouTube world) talk about this product under a "Monthly Favorites" video she did a while back. For as long as I can remember, I've needed a gentle makeup remover that can get the shit off my eyes without me having to rub them until my eyelashes are gone. (Maybe some of you have had a similar problem? I would like to keep my lengthy lashes, thank you very much!) I became very intrigued by it, because she said she could just put some remover on some cotton balls, press them on her eyelids, and BAM! good as new. Unfortunately, the product is only available in France, and Amazon charges a lot for a 500mL bottle. Hopefully, I will be able to get some in the not-so-distant future, and maybe, JUST MAYBE, I will get to keep my eyelashes.
  2. Frank Body - Fashion blogger Danielle Bernstein from WeWoreWhat took an adorable Instagram pic, tagging Frank in it. I stalked Frank a bit (sorry, Frank!), and I'm seriously digging some of the products! It's coffee—my absolute favorite thing on the planet—with all kinds of healthy crap in it (but not any actual crap in it, hopefully). It claims to help with acne, cellulite, and stretch marks, along with other skin problems. I really hope it works, because it seems like such a nice product. I have high hopes for you, Franky! I really hope I can get my hands on one of those cool bags in time for summer.
  3. Origins Drink Up Overnight Mask - Again, heard of this product from Zoe, and I'm DYING to get my hands on it. My friend and I have a similar problem: we get this thing called "Saltine Cracker Face Syndrome", which is where your face is so freaking flaky, it looks exactly like a saltine cracker. Ew. I was able to check out Sephora and see if they had it. (And they do, yay me!) I tried some on the back of my hand, and it did exactly what it said it would do! I would like to get it because I do travel a lot, and getting a dry face isn't really good for impressing boys—although they wouldn't be very impressed, even if I didn't have SCFS.
  4. Zoeva Makeup Brushes - It seems like everyone—at least everyone important—seems to be using these makeup brushes! Although I do like my Real Techniques brushes, I do prefer the brushes with actual animal hair. (It lasts longer, from my view point, but it really doesn't matter that much to me.) Plus, they seem to have a wider selection of brushes, compared to Real Techniques, which is a lot nicer.  Hope to get so
#5 - Nails Inc Nail Polish
    me for my birthday!
  5. Nails Inc Nail Polish - I've heard rave reviews about this nail polish, and I'm very excited because it's now available in America! Woohoo! They're a British brand, which is another reason to buy a couple colors from them. Miss Chung has been posting pictures of her fab nails on Instagram, which is making me even more obsessed, because anything on Alexa is of the upmost perfection. It is science, people! I also like how you can customize a nail polish, by adding faux diamonds and pearls on the lid, and changing the name however you want it! It would make a perfect gift!
  6. Last but not least, Bliss products - I am kinda dying to try the Bliss products, mainly because of their "FatGirl" items, and me, being a "fat" girl, kind of want to see if these products actually work. I really hope t
    #6 - FatGirlSixpack from Bliss
o get my hands on some of these products soon, especially since my trip to Maui is so close! The only problem is, some of the products are pretty expensive, so I might have to choose which one will have to work.
Well, that about wraps it up! I'm totally excited to get my hands on some of these products, and hopefully love them as much as my favorite celebrities do.

So, what are your favorite products? And what are some products that you are also hoping to try in 2014? Please fill free to leave a comment down below, I'd love to see everyone's thoughts about these products, and the other products that they are dying to try! Have a lovely day! xx

Kate Moss x Topshop Review

Kate Moss has got to be one of the coolest people on the planet. By far. She has a vibe about her that makes her appear to be so elegant and edgy at the same time, which is what I try to achieve every time I put an outfit together. Topshop is home to a good 80% of my favorite pieces of clothing, so when a huge fashion icon like Miss Moss teams up with them to create her own collection, I freak out. WOOHOO!!! I like this collection because they had four different categories and you would take a quiz to see which "Kate" fit you the most.

Sooo I took the quiz to see which "Kate" I am, and apparently I'm under the category of Balearic Dressing. After looking at the clothes under that category, I was not let down. Although aztec prints aren't really my thing, the boho looks are perfect for summer, including a suede dress and some fun paisley print. The crochet dresses are also super cool. This is obviously my favorite "Kate" by the amount of pieces I put into the set.

When I'm not looking like a dirty hippy (not my words, but very descriptive), I like to wear black. And lots of it. Which is why I think the Tailoring Noir category is another perfect one for me. I like them, particularly because you dress them both up and down, unlike the other 3 categories. The scalloped tanks are very cute, as are the frilly shorts. I loved the beaded blouse as well, because it looks like it would also come from the Balearic Dressing category. Also, who can say no to a sparkly suit?!

Because these last two categories are so small and somewhat similar, I had to combine them. Both categories involve the night. In the Cocktail Hour category, I fell in love with the LBD's, as most girls will. I loved the textures that the dresses had, like the fringe, metal beading, and feathers. I also loved the pattern of the blossom dress. The girly print with the black behind them balance each other out. Sadly, there wasn't much for me to like in the Pyjama Dressing category. I've never been a fan of wearing pajamas outside of my house, so the fact that people do it in the name of fashion confuses me. I did like the black pajama suit, though. It didn't scream "I'm in pajama's", so that's always nice. I don't know whether I would wear the pieces separate or together, but either way, they look very chic and super comfy!

In order from left to right: Balearic Dressing, Tailoring Noir, Cocktail Hour/Pyjama Dressing

Unfortunately, I can't really check out any of these clothes in person. They look pretty on the computer, and hopefully in real life, but I can't make any promises. If I lived in a state with a Topshop in it, even if it was a 4 hour drive to Topshop, I would be right there, checking out the clothes to give you an official review. But of course, I cannot.

Anyways, I hope you're just as exited about this collection as I am! What are your favorite pieces/categories? Please fill free to leave comments down below with your opinions on the Kate Moss x Topshop collection! Until next time! x
